The herbal and traditional medicines Research Center of Kerman University of Medical Sciences with the aim of establishing a suitable framework for fundamental research in the field of herbal and traditional medicines and applying them to encourage and attract researchers in various fields of pharmaceutical sciences including pharmacognosy, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical formulation, biotechnology, pharmaceutical chemistry, traditional Islamic and Iranian pharmaceuticals and nano-biotechnology, as well as training the human resource of the researcher established in 2010. Herbal and Traditional Medicines Research Center has participated in the first, second and third national festivals and exhibitions of medicinal plants, natural products and traditional medicine.
